Youth Leader Apprentice: Outdoor Mentoring & Wellbeing

Parkside High in Ilkeston seeks a Youth Leader to engage young people in an alternative learning environment and in Kirk Hallam venues. The role is hybrid, at The POD and site activities, with mentoring and life-skill development guiding positive change.

You will plan and deliver bespoke sessions, supervise volunteers, manage admin, and safeguard participants, ensuring wellbeing and progression through tailored activities and data collection.
