Youth Homelessness Prevention Officer (Hybrid/Remote)

Calderdale Council in Halifax is recruiting a Young Persons Homelessness Prevention Officer to strengthen our prevention services. You will help assess housing risk and coordinate with partner agencies to prevent the need for emergency accommodation.

The role focuses on 16- and 17-year-olds and care leavers aged 18-25, delivering prevention interventions, arranging accommodation pathways, supporting budgeting and access to welfare benefits, and linking health services with youth services.
