Youth Engagement Specialist - Flexible Part-Time Support

Youth Options is seeking a passionate Youth Engagement Worker to support young people who may display challenging behaviour or be at risk of offending. You will build trusting relationships, help develop life skills, and support participation in education, training, employment and community activities.

The role includes delivering education and engagement programmes within Alternative Provision, including outreach in homes or community settings as needed.
