Youth Employment Coach for SEND

Barking & Dagenham College is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to support young people on a Supported Internship journey and beyond. You will work with employers, families and support services to create positive outcomes for learners, on a fixed-term contract of around nine months.

Responsibilities include delivering coaching in host businesses, developing workplace skills, and maintaining accurate learner records. A safeguarding focus and strong organisation are essential.
