Youth Careers Advisor: Shape Futures & Pathways

Bournemouth Borough Council is seeking a Careers Adviser on an 11-month fixed-term contract to support Year 12 and Year 13 learners with impartial information, advice and guidance, helping them progress into education, apprenticeships and employment.

You will monitor participation and destinations, identify at-risk learners, deliver 1:1 and group sessions, and work with schools, colleges and employers to improve outcomes.
