Are you an experienced Key Stage 2 teacher ready to take on the challenge of a Year 6 class and make a real impact in the final year of primary education?
Reed Education is working in partnership with a well-established primary school in the Normanton area to recruit a committed and capable Year 6 Teacher for a full-time, long-term position starting this September.
This role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting pupils at a crucial stage in their learning journey, preparing them for SATs and a smooth transition to secondary school.

The RoleAs the Year 6 teacher, you will:
- Lead a class through their final year of primary school

What We're Looking ForTo be considered, you should:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have recent experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 6
- Demonstrate confidence in delivering SATs-focused teaching and assessment
- Be organised, resilient, and able to manage the demands of an upper KS2 classroom
- Have strong behaviour management and communication skills
- Be committed to achieving high standards for all pupils
