We are currently recruiting for a full-time Year 4 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Scunthorpe from September 2026. This is a long-term position, offering the chance to make a real impact on pupils during a key stage of their learning journey.

The Role

• Full-time Year 4 teaching position
• Long-term assignment starting September 2026
• Planning, delivering and assessing engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Supporting pupils' progress across all areas of learning
• Preparing pupils for and supporting delivery of Multiplication Tables Check (MTC) assessments
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Strong understanding of the Year 4 curriculum
• Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Excellent behaviour management skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
• Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
