Protocol Education is seeking an inspiring Year 3 Teacher to join a friendly and ambitious primary school in Watford from September 2026.

Year 3 marks an exciting transition into Key Stage 2, and we're looking for a teacher who can support pupils as they develop greater independence, resilience and curiosity. The Role
  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the Year 3 curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor and support pupil progress to ensure excellent outcomes.
  • Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment.
  • Foster independence, confidence and a love of learning.
  • Work closely with colleagues, parents and support staff to meet pupils' individual needs.
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
We Are Looking For Someone Who
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within Key Stage 2 or is an ECT with strong placement experience.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management.
  • Has strong curriculum knowledge and high expectations for all learners.
  • Can inspire and motivate children of all abilities.
  • Is committed to providing outstanding teaching and learning opportunities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
