Yardi Support Consultant About the Company

This is a client-facing role within a global consultancy environment, offering exposure to a wide range of real estate clients and Yardi solutions. You will play a key role in supporting system performance and user adoption, while contributing to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and overall service excellence

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve client support requests via helpdesk, email, and direct engagement, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Troubleshoot Yardi Voyager and related applications, providing clear updates and maintaining ownership of issues through to completion.
  • Perform system administration tasks including user setup, configuration updates, and data maintenance.
  • Create data fix packages and support change management processes, ensuring compliance with client procedures.
  • Provide guidance to clients on system functionality, configuration, and best practices.
  • Support clients in diagnosing issues across accounting, data, configuration, and reporting processes.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system updates and new functionality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams across support, implementation, and development to resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain and contribute to internal knowledge bases and client documentation, improving support efficiency and consistency.
Requirements
  • Hands on experience supporting Yardi Voyager in an application support or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting processes, property management systems, or real estate operations.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot system, data, and configuration issues effectively.
  • Experience using helpdesk or ticketing systems to manage multiple support requests.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence working with data, reports, and reconciliations.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced, client facing environment.
