Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Nottingham
Contract: 3-Month Initial Contract
Overview:
We are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join our Nottingham team on an initial 3-month contract. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer enquiries via phone
- Make outbound calls to follow up on queries and updates
- Log all call details accurately on the internal system
- Respond to client emails in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer issues or escalate where necessary
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or call centre experience preferred
- Accurate data entry and attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused approach
