Workshop Operative Location: HarlowSalary: £28,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmContract: Permanent, Full-time An established global manufacturer within the medical devices sector is seeking a Workshop Operative to join its manufacturing and assembly team on a permanent basis. This is a hands-on role within a clean, well-organised production environment, offering full training and long-term stability. The Role:

• Assembly of precision-machined components using CAD drawings
• Inspection of finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Picking, packing and preparing products for dispatch (some manual handling involved)
• Occasional loading and unloading of deliveries (forklift use - training available if required)
• Use of hand tools as part of the assembly process
• Adhering to health, safety and quality procedures at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

• Semi-skilled, practical individual with experience in a workshop, manufacturing or assembly environment
• Confident reading basic drawings and working accurately with hand tools
• Reliable, detail-focused and able to work as part of a small team
• Willing to learn - full on-site training provided
