Works Supervisor / Project Manager - Safety Barriers & Traffic Management

Sagérime X is a family-owned company based in Bulle, active since year and recognized as industry leader in safety barriers. We undertake road equipment projects with a high standard of safety, quality of execution, and traffic continuity. Your mission:You will be responsible for projects involving the installation of barriers (retention systems, safety devices) and traffic management (signage, phasing, temporary devices, commissioning), from initiation to project completion, ensuring safety, deadlines, costs, and quality.Your responsibilities:- Lead the projects, define methods, phasings, and execution schedules (often at night/on traffic).- Prepare human resources, signage, logistics, and supplies.- Anticipate interfaces (other lots, DLT, suppliers, subcontractors).- Manage execution.- Daily management of the site: teams, subcontractors, safety, quality.- Ensure compliance with installation and respect temporary requirements, continuity, safety.- Manage site contingencies and adapt the phasing in conjunction with project management and partners.- Financial tracking & budgets, quantities, amendments, and closure.- Ensure profitability: variance analysis, corrective actions, reporting.- Maintain clear traceability (records, execution plans, controls, as-built documents if client & project management).- Lead/participate in site meetings, represent Sagérime X to clients and DTL.- Maintain a fluid, solution-oriented, on-the-ground spirit.Your technical profile:- A degree (CFC/ES/HES) in civil engineering/construction (or equivalent experience).- Experience in project management and/or site management, ideally in a road environment.- Comfort and commercial acumen: rigorous follow-up on offers, reminders, and contract conclusion.- Familiarity with financial tracking and managing multiple stakeholders.- Proximity leadership, sense of responsibility, rigor, and responsiveness.- Good knowledge of the local landscape (players, practices, constraints) in the Romandy cantons.- Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft 365, Teams).- Knowledge of Baubit and Visual Planning is essential.We offer you:- A family company: quick decisions, team spirit, close proximity to management.- A friendly working atmosphere and teamwork spirit.- Concrete and visible projects: protecting sites and securing roads.- Autonomy, trust, and real responsibilities.- Company vehicle.- Terms of employment based on your level of experience: to be agreed upon.- Activity rate: handled confidentially.Does your profile match what we are looking for?
