We are recruiting a Floor Manager/Workplace Services Ambassador (WSA) to join our team of 25 at one of Rapport's most prestigious contracts. The client is one of the Big Four Accountancy firms globally.
The WSA is responsible for the operation of all Internal Floors in the office, serving as the 'one-stop-shop' for internal staff needs. We foster strong relationships on site and excel in relationship building. Although part of a dynamic team, you will work independently and serve as the first point of contact for the client on the same floor. You will report to one of three managers based on your specific team placement within the campus.
Type of contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 per week (Monday-Friday, shift rota between 8 AM and 7 PM, with flexibility)

Main Responsibilities:
- Addressing internal staff needs
- Monitoring and managing space utilization within the London Campus
- Managing supplier relationships, including logging and follow-ups
- Building relationships with the client as the first point of contact
- Providing business support and analytics assistance
- Maintaining internal vending provisions
