Well known Global Consultancy based in Amsterdam are looking for a Workplace Engineer.

Role: You'll implement and maintain Microsoft Security Services for their modern workplace ecosystem, protecting Teams, SharePoint, Outlook and other business productivity software while providing third-line security support. They seek an experienced professional with expertise in Microsoft Security Services, cloud security architectures, and enterprise frameworks,

Key Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of innovation - Track SaaS vendor releases and influence future features through direct vendor relationships
• Develop and automate - Build robust, secure services while simplifying processes and reducing manual work
• Partner with industry leaders - Work directly with Microsoft, JAMF and other key suppliers as a valued partner
• Navigate compliance - Automate regulatory processes and administration to reduce burden while protecting client data
• Work flexibly - Choose your approach on agile projects with freedom to drive proactive solutions
• Support 24/7 operations - Share rotating 3rd line incident response and standby responsibilities

Job Requirements:

We're looking for seasoned IT experts with 5+ years experience and:

• Technical expertise - Degree in CS/IT or equivalent, Microsoft 365 enterprise experience, relevant certifications (Microsoft 365, CISSP, CISM)
• Enterprise knowledge - End-to-end service accountability across multiple parties, experience in regulated financial environments
• Continuous learning - Regular conference attendance, coaching others, challenging teams to improve
• Stakeholder management - Strong partnerships with leaders at all levels, collaborative problem-solving approach
• Communication skills - Articulate complex technical topics to diverse audiences, team "go-to-person" for challenges
