YOUR ROLE In this role you will play a key role in:
- Delivering or leading AI projects, planning and executing activities using Agile methodologies, tracking progress, managing risks, and ensuring strategic alignment with client ambitions.
- Spearheading Workplace AI solution prototypingwith the support of peers and senior technical colleagues, to respond to latest client demands in innovation and to cement our position in the market.
- Helping to mature the Workplace AI offeringapplying out-of-the-box thinking to new business problems, defining solutions that are feasible, viable, desirable, and sustainable, while delivering impactful strategic presentations.
- Contributing to the collective upskilling of our team, instigating new trends in AI and helping your peers keep up with a fast-moving market, identifying and sharing new learnings that can be used to better support our clients.
Client Advisory and Delivery
- Help clients realise their vision of an empowered digital workplace using AI technologies, such as Microsoft Copilot or Amazon Q to supercharge the end-to-end employee experience.
- Support or lead project planning and delivery using agile methodologies, managing risks, and delivering quality oversight throughout the lifecycle.
- Communicate business value through design and delivery artifacts, helping to drive alignment of business and technical stakeholders on AI technology benefits, showing proficiency in presentation and analytical skills.
- Demonstrate passion for client success, striving for excellence, and proactively managing stakeholder relationships to enhance collaboration.
- Helpconfigure, build and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using technology like Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry or Google Vertex AI Studio to provide reliable solutions to client problems.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate the Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions and continuously develop expertise through training and certifications.
- Stay informed of the competitive technology landscape and explore the feasibility of deploying other Gen AI solutions such as Amazon Q, Google Gemini or Chat GPT Enterprise.
- Help translate new learnings to expand the Workplace AI offering and help further our differentiation on the market.
- Ensure your skills and availability are maintained proactively to respond to new client delivery opportunities.
- Contribute to practice development, including operations, recruitment, and team activities.
- Complete operational tasks with accuracy, timeliness and proactive communication with colleagues to guarantee smooth execution.
- Provide support to existing business opportunities (i.e. bids, proposal), collaborating with your colleagues to understand client business needs and provide expert solutions that shape deals.
- Explore and learn Capgemini commercial processes, to grow your ability to respond to business opportunities, and to collaborate with other Capgemini teams within Group.
- Highly collaborative within cross-functional teams, able to coach peers, and drive team cohesion.
- Passion for continuous learning and a desire to develop expertise in workplace technologies.

- Understanding of technology risks and the ability to assess and mitigate them.
- Proven experience in applying strategy and innovation approaches to solve complex, analytical, and technical business problems.
- Confidence in delivering high-quality presentations to senior business and technology leaders.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and delivering successful outcomes.
- Experience with at least one of the following core AI technologies:
- Azure AI Foundry
- Amazon Q
- Knowledge of latest trends like Generative AI and Agentic AI, with understanding of technology risks.
- Experience or understanding of programming language like Python, React, Java, or SQL from self-teaching, educational background, personal initiatives or projects delivered
- Understanding in AI solution development practice (including extended OOTB tools, custom agents, trained models) with some knowledge of AI models, learning patterns and applications.
- Understanding on how to ensure solutions comply with security standards and regulatory requirements. Some experience implementing security measures to protect data and maintain compliance.
- Some of the experience below will be a key differentiator in your profile:
- Evaluating frontier technologies ( e.g., LLMs, foundation models, vector databases) for their applicability to keybusinesschallenges.
- Defining solution requirements via business analysis, collaborating with product and business teams to ensure prototypes are clearly linked to strategic goals.
- Experimenting Machine Learning design, development and deployment, using modern modelling techniques (e.g. CatBoost, XGBoost, RoBERTa), and leveraging both structured and unstructured data sources.
- Experimenting with the integration and fine-tuning of models with Vector databases and embeddings to support semantic search, RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), and domain-specific applications.
- Working within a Data Mesh architecture, collaborating across domains to ensure scalable, interoperable data products; containerising solutions with Docker and deploy on Kubernetes, ensuring reproducibility and scalability.
- Professional degree (Masters-level or above).
- Relevant technology certifications (e.g., Microsoft) and functional consulting skills.
- UK government security clearance (BPSS or SC) preferred.
- Previous consulting or advisory experience.
