Job Description
Are you an enthusiastic student interested in Artificial Intelligence and communication? Join our AI Program team, where you'll play a dual role: supporting both the program management and the communication strategy of our FY26 NL AI Program initiatives. You'll work closely with the AI program lead and Change & Adoption lead and collaborate with various teams to help drive AI, structure, and engagement across the organization. Your challenges 
- Project support: Help execute the AI Program, focusing on effective internal communication for AI initiatives.
- Content creation: Produce inspiring and informative content to keep colleagues updated and motivated about AI advancements.
- Content calendar management: Oversee the AI Program content calendar to ensure strategic, timely, and well-distributed communications.
- Webpage management: Maintain and enhance the internal AI Program webpage with current and accessible information.
- Community engagement: Foster collaboration and engagement by moderating and expanding the internal AI Program community channel.
- Innovation monitoring: Track AI Program project progress, sharing updates with stakeholders.
- You are currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree (HBO/WO) in Communications, Business Administration, Innovation Management, or a related field, or have a compelling story why you're the right fit.
- You are structured, organized, and proactive.
- You have strong communication skills in both Dutch & English.
- You enjoy writing, editing, and visual content creation.
- You are interested in both project management and AI.
- Experience with project coordination, graphic design, or video editing is a plus.
- You are creative, eager to learn, and love to challenge the status quo.
- Assist the AI program lead with planning, tracking, and reporting on AI projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items.
- Support the alignment of different AI pillars and enablers, ensuring smooth collaboration across teams.
- Help monitor progress, risks, and dependencies within the AI program
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies for AI topics.
- Create compelling content (blog posts, videos, flyers, etc.) to inform and inspire colleagues about AI developments.
- Manage the AI content calendar and maintain the internal AI webpage.
- Moderate and grow the internal AI community channel.
- Gross salary of €2,560 per month, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance, and a fixed working from home allowance per working day.
