Job Description
Join LeadLane and drive real impact in B2B sales for Germany's machinery and manufacturing sector. As a Sales Development Working Student, you'll take ownership of outreach, build new customer opportunities, and push our sales success forward - 100% remote, flexible hours, and €16-40/hour.
Activities
- Identify and qualify new customer prospects in the machinery and industrial sector.
- Conduct outbound calls and spark interest in our products and services.
- Support the design and execution of effective sales strategies.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM and prepare clear sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to set up deals and continuously improve our sales process.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student at a university or higher education institution.
- Strong communication skills with enjoyment in telephone interactions.
- Ideally initial experience in sales or customer service.
- Fluent German language skills; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
- Motivation, goal orientation, and teamwork capability.
