If you're currently operating at Senior Manager / Associate Director level in Consulting or Advisory and feel ready for the next step, this could be an opportunity worth exploring. My client is looking for an ambitious Workforce Transformation leader to build and grow a specialist practice within a successful global organisation.
This isn't simply another consulting role. You'll have the opportunity to step into a Director-level position, build a client portfolio, win work and shape the direction of the practice - with considerably more visibility, autonomy and influence than you may have in a larger consulting environment.
Your exciting new role?- Build and grow a Workforce Transformation practice in Ireland
- Develop senior client relationships and identify new opportunities
- Lead and win consulting engagements from concept through to delivery
- Advise organisations on workforce strategy, AI and the future of work, operating models, workforce planning, skills and organisation design
- Lead high-profile transformation programmes and multidisciplinary teams
- Develop propositions, thought leadership and market presence
- Work with colleagues across HR, Talent, Reward, Analytics, Change and Organisation Design
You may currently be a Senior Manager, Associate Director or experienced Consultant within Advisory or Consulting, with experience across areas such as: Workforce Transformation, HR Transformation, Organisation Design, Workforce Strategy, Designing Operating Models and/or People Analytics.
You'll need strong consulting credentials, excellent stakeholder management skills and, importantly, a commercial mindset. You should enjoy developing relationships, winning work and being close to clients.
Why consider it?This is about progression, ownership and impact. You'll have the backing and resources of a global organisation, but the opportunity to play a much bigger role in a growing Irish practice. If you're ready to move beyond delivery, step up to Director level, build something of your own and have your contribution genuinely visible, this could be the move you've been waiting for.
