Job Description - Workforce Planning & Performance Manager (16029)

Workforce Planning & Performance Manager ( 16029 )

We have created a new role in our Operational Excellence team and are recruiting for a Workforce Management & Performance Manager who will set up and run workforce management for our Customer and Operations teams. The WFM & Performance Manager will build the processes, systems and planning models we need to make sure we've got the right people, in the right place, at the right time.

As our WFM & Performance Manager, you'll look ahead to forecast what resource we need (scheduling and resource planning) and use data to help us make the most of our teams. You'll lead on performance reporting, using data to track how we're doing and spot what needs to improve, and you'll build dashboards and reports that give clear insights and help guide decisions at different levels across the business.

Your work will link directly to the way our customers experience their holidays. By helping our teams work smarter and more efficiently, you'll play a key role in improving the service we provide. You'll work closely with colleagues across customer service, operations, safety and finance, as well as our external partners, to keep us aligned and focused on the right things.

What you'll bring to the team:

We're looking for somebody with extensive experience in workforce management, forecasting, and planning resource in a Customer & Operations environment.

You're somebody who uses data to guide your decisions, is confident working with large, sometimes messy datasets, and is able to spot patterns and turn insights into clear actions that improve performance.

You'll be comfortable using tools that help with analysis and visualisation, and it would be great if you've worked with workforce management platforms or tools like Salesforce or Amazon Connect.

You'll be working with lots of different people across the business, so being able to build relationships and to explain things clearly, even when the topic is complex, is really important.

You're somebody who is naturally curious, always looking to improve how things are done, comfortable with change, open to learning, and enjoys solving problems.

What's in it for you:

In addition to your competitive base salary, we offer an all-inclusive benefits package which includes our company-wide bonus scheme and a 7% pension contribution. We offer a variety of share options and life assurance, and we have an impressive range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to your needs.

You'll have access to heavily discounted flights for yourself and your loved ones, as well as free easyJet Plus membership, annual holiday vouchers, and a generous annual leave entitlement.

At easyJet holidays, we create unforgettable experiences for our customers, and we strive to do the same for our people. As such we're committed to supporting our team with development opportunities and a welcoming atmosphere.
