Part time Workforce Development Administrator
Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for supporting staff development? Our client, an esteemed educational organisation located in Bath, is seeking a proactive Workforce Development Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis.
About the Role:
As a pivotal member of the Workforce Development Team, you will provide essential administrative support that empowers the organisation to thrive through the excellence of its staff. This role offers a mix of on-campus and remote working opportunities, allowing for flexibility while you contribute to meaningful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality administrative support to ensure efficient and effective services that adapt to changing circumstances.
Develop expertise in the Academic Career Progression system, becoming a key point of contact for staff.
Collaborate with colleagues across the team and the wider University, working on various projects to enhance workforce development.
Communicate professionally with staff and management at all levels, ensuring clarity and support for academic career progression.
Manage competing priorities effectively, especially during peak demand periods.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to provide information and guidance to a wide range of staff and stakeholders.
Customer Service Orientation: A dedicated approach to understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers.
Technical Proficiency: Experience with database and reporting tools, as well as proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email applications.

Work Hours:
Flexible working hours over three days, Monday to Thursday, totaling 22 hours per week from 09:00 to 17:00.
