Workforce Deployment Specialist

Reed Talent Solutions are hiring in Northampton! We're recruiting Workforce Planning Executives to join our Angard Staffing department and support our Service Delivery Team. The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week) on a rota, with early, late and weekend shifts. Fixed-term until December 2026.

You will engage with clients and candidates, manage staffing orders, take calls, and orchestrate workforce deployment across Royal Mail sites, coordinating with site managers and candidates.
