Workday HCM AVP - Global HR Tech Transformation Lead

Barclays is seeking a Workday Specialist (HCM Consultant) AVP to lead end-to-end technology development for HR value streams, partnering with HR Journey Owners to advance the Workday and ServiceNow roadmap in an Agile delivery model.

You will manage a global pool of resources, design, develop and improve software, ensure secure coding practices, and collaborate with product, design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality HR technology solutions.
