Workday Functional Consultant

A leading global organisation is undergoing a major People & Technology transformation and is looking for a Workday Functional Consultant to join their collaborative product team.

This is a hands-on role focused on Workday configuration and process design, supporting the delivery of scalable, global Workday solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Workday configuration across Core HCM and at least one of the following modules: Advanced Compensation, Talent, Absence, or Recruiting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective Workday solutions

• Support continuous improvement and optimisation of Workday processes globally

What We're Looking For:

• Proven hands-on Workday configuration experience

• Strong understanding of HR processes and system design

• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
