We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Finance and Adaptive Planning Functional Consultant to join our Finance Technical team in the United Kingdom. This role requires deep functional knowledge of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning to support enterprise finance transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
• Drive system enhancements, regression testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct user training and support issue resolution as a subject matter expert (SME).
• Maintain data integrity and ensure process alignment with organizational standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement and governance of finance systems.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Workday Financials (e.g., Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses).
• Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning, including model building and reporting.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Workday certification(s) in Financials or Adaptive Planning is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a multinational or complex enterprise environment.
• Prior involvement in Workday implementation or upgrade projects.
