Workday Enterprise Architect (ERP)

1-2 days per week in London (Hybrid)

Seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with strong ERP and Workday expertise to lead the design and optimisation of enterprise systems, including Workday Financials, HCM, and PSA. The successful candidate will define the overall ERP architecture strategy, ensure alignment across business and technology functions, and guide the integration and scalability of Workday within a complex enterprise landscape.

Key Skills:

• Enterprise Architect experience within large-scale ERP environments
• In-depth knowledge of Workday Financials, HCM, and PSA
• ERP solution design, integration strategy, and governance background
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in professional services or financial environments is advantageous
