Workday Consultant (Data Management & Reporting)

Location: Paris, France (Onsite 3-4 days per week)
Contract Type: Day Rate Contract
Rate: €650 - €850 per day (depending on experience)

About the Role:
Our client, a leading consultancy based in Paris, is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant with a strong background in Reporting and Data Management. The successful candidate will partner with client teams to design, implement, and optimize Workday solutions, ensuring accurate data, impactful reporting, and effective HR system management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday Reporting & Data Management modules.

• Develop and deliver advanced reports and dashboards tailored to business requirements.

• Ensure HR data integrity, quality, and compliance across all systems.

• Translate business needs into effective technical reporting solutions.

• Support system upgrades, integrations, and testing activities.

• Share expertise through training and guidance to client stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of hands-on Workday experience, with a focus on Reporting and Data Management.

• Strong technical expertise in creating complex reports and handling HR data sets.

• Proven experience with HR processes and data governance best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to work onsite in Paris 3-4 days per week.
