This is a *Amsterdam* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Technology Client that is working on *ensuring systems are integrated and widely adopted*.

The Role

Our client is looking for a Workday Business Analyst (Product Systems Senior Specialist) to support HR technology projects in Amsterdam. You will work on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and deployment, ensuring systems are integrated and widely adopted.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end product development from requirements to implementation.

• Implement new features and manage system changes.

• Ensure compliance with GDPR, IT security, and architectural standards.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and Finance teams to deliver solutions.

• Mentor junior team members and support vendors/partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• 5 - 8 years experience in HR systems.

• Strong expertise in Workday.

• Nice to have: ServiceNow, SAP, Mulesoft, Docebo or other HRIS/cloud tools.

• Experience with complex HR/IT system implementations.
