Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant

For a client of ours, I am looking for an experienced Advanced Compensation Consultant who will take ownership of the end-to-end implementation process. This includes leading the design phase, configuring the Advanced Compensation module, collaborating closely with process owners and stakeholders, and ensuring a smooth transition towards go-live in early 2026.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Facilitate open design sessions with process owners.
• Configure the Advanced Compensation module.
• Guide testing phases and follow up on bugs and tickets.
• Provide first-line support during and after go-live.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in implementing the Advanced Compensation module (not just maintenance).
• Strong in design and configuration, with knowledge of capabilities and pitfalls.
• Experience with calculated fields and reporting.
• Familiarity with payroll integrations (preferred, but not required).
• Fluent in English

Location: Remote
Start date: ASAP
Contract duration: 6 months
Hours per week: 24-40
Rate: Market competitive
