publicjobs is now seeking an experienced and dedicated Work and Organisional Psychologist (at Psychologist Grade II level) to join their specialist professional assessment services team, and to support them in providing innovative and inclusive assessment solutions for a diverse range of roles, for all levels across the Civil and Public Service.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will report to the Senior Psychologist and will join a team of in-house Psychologists to provide advice to the recruitment units and support to the organisation in delivering on its mission and vision. Key responsibilities will include test and exercise design and implementation, statistical analysis and aptitude test scoring, training and quality assurance of our processes, and allocating Reasonable Accommodations for candidates.
