Women's Provincial Pathway Coach: Develop & Elevate Talent

Leinster Rugby is seeking a Provincial Pathway Coach (Women's Pathway) to deliver integrated women's provincial player identification and development programmes across Leinster for players aged 18-23. This is a full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with a focus on high standards and alignment with national and provincial objectives.

The role requires at least two years' performance coaching experience, IRFU Stage 3 or equivalent, and strong organisational and IT skills.
