• Salary Range: £35,000 - £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + workshop productivity bonus
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday schedule

• Tackle major mechanical tasks, including timing chains, cambelts, clutch kits, gearboxes, and engine repairs
• Utilize multi-brand diagnostic equipment to pinpoint complex electrical and mechanical faults
• Perform routine servicing, safety inspections, brake/suspension overhauls, and pre-MOT checks
• Provide accurate repair notes on job cards and keep service desk staff updated on repair timelines
• Maintain a safe, clean bay environment and work collaboratively with fellow technicians

• Experience: Time-served mechanic with strong confidence handling heavy repair work and fault-finding
• Qualifications: NVQ / IMI Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or solid time-served garage experience)
• Mindset: Dependable, detail-oriented technician who takes pride in right-first-time quality
• Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence
