Responsibilities:

  • Design and support bespoke wireless network infrastructure and antenna solutions, focusing on client-specific needs.
  • Conduct site surveys and RF planning to ensure reliable connectivity delivery.
  • Work alongside the engineering and operations team, including site visits to client locations.
  • Provide hands-on technical support as needed for deployments, mainly supporting Scottish Water's vehicle connectivity projects.
  • Collaborate closely with the BD team leveraging an established network of construction and telco industry contacts.
  • Contribute to the wider team effort, sharing knowledge and helping with operational tasks.

Skills/Must have:

  • Experience in telecoms infrastructure, ideally with practical knowledge of Starlink, 5G, and wireless technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with RF/wireless site surveys and network design.
  • Familiarity with antenna technologies (Panorama) and IoT/telematics is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently from home and travel occasionally to sites (mainly Yorkshire/Scotland).
  • Strong team player who fits well in a small, informal but driven business culture.
  • Not a corporate mindset, someone down-to-earth who enjoys a friendly, collaborative environment.

Salary:
