Winter Gritter Driver - Safe Roads & Snow Clearing

Balfour Beatty plc is seeking a Winter Maintenance Driver on a zero hours contract to support the winter service across Warwickshire. You will operate gritting vehicles, perform daily inspections and follow safety procedures as part of a depot team.

You'll participate in standby rosters, including availability every other week, and work unsociable hours during the winter season, contributing to road safety and reliable local services.
