Wine Store Trainee Manager: Learn & Lead

Majestic Wine Group in the UK is inviting dynamic individuals to join as a Trainee Manager in our expanding stores. This 12-month development programme covers operations, service and leadership standards to prepare you for a future Store Manager role.

The role is a permanent contract, 44 hours per week with weekend shifts, and requires a full UK driving license and willingness to travel to surrounding stores. We offer training, progression, a performance bonus and staff benefits.
