Wine Store Manager in Training - Lead & Grow

Majestic Wine in Dorking is seeking a Manager in Training for a 12-month development programme to become Store Manager. The role is 44 hours per week on a permanent contract, with pay dependent on experience. You will drive store performance, deliver outstanding service, lead tastings and events, and develop wine knowledge while supporting day-to-day operations.
