Wine Retail Trainee Manager: Path to Store Leadership

Majestic Wine Group is recruiting a Trainee Manager to join our South Wales team. The role starts with a 12 month development programme to build expertise across operations, service and leadership, setting you up for future store management.

You will complete career pathway training, work with your Store Manager, and travel to support surrounding stores. A 44 hour week, weekend shifts and a permanent contract are included.
