Windows Engineer - German speaking

The role is focused on the engineering, operation, and continuous improvement of a large-scale Windows Server environment, with a strong emphasis on automation and infrastructure modernization.

Key areas include:
Windows Server administration, design, and troubleshooting
PowerShell Scripting and automation
Ansible for configuration management and deployments
Group Policy design and administration
WSUS and patch management
VMware vSphere environments
Infrastructure projects and 2nd/3rd level support
Exposure to Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/SAFe methodologies

Location: Bern, Switzerland
Working Model: Hybrid (30-60% remote)
Contract Length: Initial 5-month contract with a strong possibility of extension
Language: German required
