Wills & Probate Locum Solicitor
Location: Derbyshire
Rate: £45-£60 per hour, depending on experience
Contract: Ongoing locum assignment
Start: ASAP
Working Pattern: Office-based with hybrid working available

CRA Consulting is working with an established law firm in Derbyshire who are looking for an experienced Wills & Probate Locum Solicitor to join their Private Client team on an ongoing basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor who is available to start at short notice and can provide immediate support to the team.
The Role
You will manage a varied Private Client caseload, with experience across:
- Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Powers of Attorney
- Trusts
- General Private Client matters
- Advising clients and managing matters independently
The successful candidate will be confident managing their own caseload and able to integrate quickly into an established legal team.
