Wholesale Service Desk Administrator - Hybrid Office Role

South Staffs Water in Walsall is seeking a Wholesale Service Desk Advisor to support our wholesale operations and retail partners. The role is full-time and permanent, 37 hours per week, with four days in the office.

You will handle enquiries, investigate issues, and work with internal teams to deliver timely resolutions. You will maintain records using CMOS, Bilateral Hub and Maximo and ensure service levels are met.
