West Retail Sales Training Leader - Hybrid London

Pandora is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to drive commercial performance and elevate customer experience across our West division stores. You will partner with Regional Sales Managers and store leadership to identify gaps, design targeted learning interventions, and coach teams to excel in selling, service and operational execution.

The role is field-based with hybrid work (Marylebone, London) and requires commuting across the store portfolio.
