Welsh Speaking Cover Supervisor

Hoop Education is looking for Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to work across secondary schools in Swansea and surrounding areas.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people, is confident managing a classroom, and is looking for flexible work within local secondary schools.

The Role

• Supervise classes during teacher absence
• Deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils remain on task
• Manage classroom behaviour confidently
• Support pupils aged 11-18
• Work across a variety of secondary schools
• Choose the days you want to work

We're Looking For

• Welsh-speaking candidates
• Experience working with children or young people
• Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
• Reliable, professional and approachable individuals
• The ability to build positive relationships with staff and pupils
• Previous teaching, TA, coaching, youth work or similar experience is welcome
• Driving is highly desirable
