Search Consultancy is recruiting for a Duty Manager to join one of the UK's most sought after wellness and spa destinations.

The Duty Manager will lead and develop the team within the resort with creative freedom while creating memorable experiences for guests. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for maintaining hotel standards, assisting departments, and partnering with the General Manager to run operations.
