Wellness Retail Supervisor: Lead & Develop Team

Holland & Barrett in Scotland is seeking a Supervisor to lead store teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This six month fixed term contract runs 30 hours per week.

The successful candidate will empower colleagues, model great service and help customers find the right health and wellness products. You will coach, motivate and develop staff, drive sales, stock availability and visual merchandising, and ensure compliant, safe store operations.
