Welfare Benefits Advocate - Part-Time, Crisis Support

Homeless Link is searching for a part-time Welfare Benefits Adviser based in Blackburn Central Library. The successful candidate will deliver a specialist advice service, helping clients with various issues from benefit entitlement checks to representation at appeal tribunals. You will need experience in welfare benefits advice and effective communication skills, particularly with vulnerable populations.

The role includes 28 hours a week under a fixed-term contract until June 30, 2027, offering a salary of £32,585 pro-rata and various employee benefits including annual leave and pension plans.
