Our Welcome Clerks are the first point of contact for all patients visiting the Endoscopy Unit in Tiverton. They play a key role in creating a positive experience by offering a proactive, professional, and friendly service both in person and over the phone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive and welcoming Administration team dedicated to high quality patient care.
Job responsibilities- Provide a professional reception service.
- Support patients and visitors.
- Assist with general administrative duties within the unit.
Working pattern: Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week.
Contract: Fixed term until 18/05/2027 (secondment for NHS employees).
Person specification- Organised, detail-focused, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good IT skills.
- Experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial.
