As a Welcome and Service Team Member, you will be part of a team who are passionate about engaging with people and delivering excellent customer service by creating a great first and last impression. You will share the stories of our properties and help our visitors have the best experiences.
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Hours: 390 hours per year, paid in 12 equal instalments over the year.
Working Pattern: weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
What you'll be doing- Welcome visitors, answer questions, and help them find the information they need for their visit.
- Provide an excellent service and ensure the welcome experience is perfect, setting visitors up for an amazing day.
- Deliver high standards of presentation at the property and maintain clear and consistent communication across all touchpoints.
- Support fundraising efforts by explaining National Trust membership benefits and contributing to fundraising goals.
- Collaborate with the visitor welcome team to link activities to the National Trust's cause and ongoing work.
- Customer focused with an understanding of the importance of great service
