Location: Chestnut Court, Stanwell, TW197SF
Salary: £13.45 per hour
Contract: Permanent, PartTime (8 hours a week)
Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00-14:00
DBS Level: Enhanced
Key Responsibilities- Maintain Health and Safety food regulations
- Preparation and service of food, and cleaning of kitchen
- Set up of the service area for breakfast, lunch and evening meal
- Responsible for the cleaning of dining room and kitchen, storerooms and outside storage area
- Checking in goods for quality control and packing goods away on delivery
- Assisting the chef in daily running of the service
- Assisting the Chef Manager with deliveries, stock rotation and removing any out-of-date items. Communicating when products running low
- Ability to follow instructions from the Chef Manager and Catering Manager
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable engaging with elderly, vulnerable customers and their families, in a caring and respectful way
- Previous experience working in a kitchen environment desirable, but not essential - full training provided
- Confident using computers for online training and basic systems
