Web Ecosystem / Technical Consultant

This role focuses on delivering specialised product support and scalable solutions for web-based products. The ideal candidate will proactively drive partner adoption, manage external relationships, and support the development and optimisation of next-generation web technologies.

Provide advanced technical support for web products and services.
Drive partner adoption through proactive outreach and consultation.
Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to rigorously test new features and web tools.
Gather and relay partner feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.
Develop success stories and create outreach materials to share best practices.
Manage daily partner relationships to ensure seamless integration and continued satisfaction.
Serve as a technical consultant to external partners, offering guidance on product integration and optimisation.

Deep understanding of web standards and performance optimisation techniques.
Familiarity with modern web frameworks and tools.
Experience in bug identification and working with engineering teams to resolve issues.

Technical consulting or partner engineering experience.
Strong coding ability and debugging skills.
Experience supporting and optimising web products and ecosystems.
