We're looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Web & Product Manager to lead the performance and optimisation of the digital estate across Malmaison and Hotel du Vin. From booking journeys to on-site content and in-property digital screens, you'll take full ownership of our website roadmap and help shape a best-in-class guest experience across all digital touchpoints.
This is a key role in our Marketing & Digital team, requiring strong technical fluency, great stakeholder management, and the ability to manage both day-to-day operations and longer-term development priorities.
You will manage the CRM & Loyalty Manager and work closely with external developers, agencies and internal teams across marketing, IT and commercial to bring digital ideas to life.
What you'll be doing as Web & Product Manager:
- Manage the digital product roadmap, working with developers and internal stakeholders to prioritise enhancements and fixes
- Own the structure, content and promotions across both brand websites using the CMS
- Lead the QA process on all front-end and back-end changes to ensure UX and brand standards are met
- Oversee SEO implementation and performance across technical, content and on-page areas
- Identify and resolve UX and UI issues based on data, session behaviour and user feedback
- Ensure ongoing digital compliance including accessibility, cookie policies and tagging
- Collaborate with marketing, brand, commercial and operations teams to align website activity with wider business objectives
What we're looking for
- Proven experience managing a website or digital product in a B2C environment, ideally in hospitality, retail or travel.
- Confident working with CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Sitecore, Umbraco or custom systems)
- Strong working knowledge of GA4 and web analytics tools.
- Solid grasp of SEO best practices and their impact on performance.
- Comfortable working with development and design teams across technical and creative briefs.
- A practical problem-solver with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing or mentoring others, with a clear ability to lead and prioritise workload.
- Strategic and results-oriented with a passion for driving brand growth and revenue through innovative marketing tactics.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships internally and externally.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
