We regularly offer opportunities in service professions: Housekeeping, Reception, Food and Beverage, Banquets, and today we are looking for: A Chef de Partie Tournant (permanent contract, 100%). Possibility of accommodation during the period at the head of the kitchen, you will exercise great versatility by working in different positions (appetizers, desserts, and hot dishes). You will prepare and present dishes according to technical sheets, applying culinary methods while evolving within a brigade of 25 in the heart of a dynamic brasserie-style kitchen, where it is essential to manage with rigor and composure during peak service times, with a capacity to produce between 80 to 100 covers per service at the Lake restaurant. Responsibilities include cooking meats and fish while respecting standards and directives, executing recipes with constant attention to quality, balance of flavors, and mastery of dosing and culinary techniques to ensure consistency and precision. Careful and elegant plating of dishes in accordance with the identity of the restaurant, garnishes, vegetables, and accompaniments according to technical sheets. Management of stock, control of goods, and effective management of the workstation, while maintaining strict compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP).Profile sought: Culinary diploma (CFC, CAP, BEP), Experience in a kitchen, ideally in a large chain hotel or a brasserie (with high volumes), French essential, proficiency in other languages is an asset, Availability to work continuous or split shifts, including weekends and holidays, Physical endurance, rigor, and professionalism.
